1-on-1 Coaching
In a 1-on-1 coaching trajectory we will create the most resilient version of yourself, so you can shine during competition.
In the trajectory we will address all the puzzle pieces of performance that will guarantee that you know how to:
- Handle nerves on competition day
- Cope with setbacks in training/competition
- Balance the hard work with having fun during the process
1-on-1 Coaching
The 1-on-1 coaching trajectory is designed to make you a more resilient version of yourself, in- and outside of your sport. During the trajectory we will address issues such as:
- Performance Pressure/Anxiety
- Negative Self-Image and Lack of Confidence
- Burnout and Post-Meet Blues
During our trajectory we will consistently explore what your thinking patterns are, what you are experiencing both physically and emotionally, and how those factors impact your behavior. Based on that input we will address the issues at hand with the help of evidence based approaches from sport and performance psychology.
The coaching includes:
- Minimum of 8-10 coaching sessions (1-1.5 hours each)
- In-session exercises and homework assignments
- Reading and work materials (logbooks, questionnaires, forms, etc.)
- Competition preparation
- Competition handling possible
- Contact in between sessions via WhatsApp
